For almost 30 years, John Fitzgerald, President of Fitzgerald Builders, Inc., has
directed building projects throughout Connecticut’s Farmington Valley region.
A longtime Granby resident, John custom designs and builds luxury single family
homes, specializing in traditional homes that suit contemporary lifestyles.
John is unique among the building community in his longstanding practice of
employing his own crew of highly experienced carpenters. These carpenters are capable
of the most complex framing challenges as well as the most detailed finished
cabinetry and trim. Assisted by the finest architects, painters, landscapers, and
local trades people, Fitzgerald Builders is known for extraordinary craftsmanship
and attention to even the smallest detail.
John guides his clients at every step along the way, from choosing the perfect lot
and setting to customizing the floor plan and assisting in the selection of amenities
that best reflect the buyer’s personal style. He takes a great deal of pride in the
excellent rapport he has with his clients. His goal is to build quality homes, with
the finest materials, in a timely manner.
